How fast is onboarding?Getting started with Tickaroo couldn’t be easier thanks to our user-friendly operating system. We even offer webinars or instructional videos to help you make the most of your live reporting potential.

How long does it take to integrate liveblogs?Integration is fast, simple and relies primarily on customizable Embed JS Widgets. For more information please refer to our Developer’s Documentation.

Can I change my subscription plan?You may upgrade or change your plan before your existing subscription has expired by contacting us and including any relevant information. Any changes that are to be made to the plan will come into effect after your existing subscription has ended.

Can I cancel my subscription?You may cancel your plan. However, please note that your subscription package will be cancelled at the end of the plan’s term. If you have chosen to subscribe to a yearly package, then you will have access to your account for the remainder of the term, regardless of when you have cancelled it.

Is there a live reporting mobile app available?When you subscribe to any of our liveblog plans (News, Sports, On Demand and Enterprise) you are welcome to use the Tickaroo Live Blog App at no extra charge. Our app is available for Android and iOS and helps to turn even the remotest news location into a mobile office.

What happens after the 30-day test phase?Towards the end of your trial period you will be notified that your free trial is about to end. At this point, you may either choose to subscribe to one of the packages: News, Sports, On Demand, or Enterprise. If you decide not to subscribe, your access to your upgraded account will be suspended.

When will I receive the first invoice?With our premium subscription plans (News, Sports and Enterprise), you will be required to pay the package’s fee after receiving an invoice at the beginning of the plan. By choosing to pay for a year in advance, you will not only save money but also not have to worry about booking a News or Sports package each month.

When will I receive invoices for the On Demand subscription plan?If you select our versatile On Demand option, you will be required to pay a one-time setup fee of 250 €. Afterwards, you will only have to pay 59 € for the liveblogs or livecasts that you write. At the end of the month you will receive an invoice for the liveblogs and livecasts that you have written.

How do I import older liveblogs from my Scribble account?We have made switching liveblog software providers even easier! If you were previously a ScribbleLive customer, we have created an importer that transfers your old liveblogs to our system. That way you can keep all of your liveblogs in one place – in your Tickaroo account!
