As EU leaders head into the summit meeting room, European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in their friendly encounter seem very to make efforts not to be lip-read by the press.

It's hard to imagine Costa's predecessor, Charles Michel, being so discreet when interacting with the Commission president.
