Climate Change Minister, Simon Watts, has responded to the judicial review. A statement from his office said: "The Minister of Climate Change is aware of a judicial review filed in the Wellington High Court today by the Lawyers for Climate Action NZ Incorporated and the Environmental Law Initiative.

 

"As this matter is now before the courts, the Minister will not be commenting on the judicial review."
