Budget timing could be delayed, as talks continue
A meeting of the European Commission's head of commissioner cabinets is still running, three EU sources told Euractiv, which means the big meeting of Ursula von der Leyen's 27-strong top team needed to issue final sign-off on the budget blueprint hasn't begun yet.
