Nats: Cancer patients on Jobseeker benefit could face sanctions
National's promising new hardline rules for beneficiaries, including payment rate cuts for those who've been on welfare for more two years.

There are two groups within the JobSeeker benefit: work-ready, and health condition. In the 'health condition' category are 98,191 people (or 45% of JobSeekers) including many undergoing cancer treatment.
