Reuters: US also trying to block UN from backing Ukraine
The US isn't only trying to stop the G7 from blaming Russia for starting the Ukraine war. US officials are also refusing to back a similar draft statement by the United Nations, which supports "the sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of Ukraine" and condemns Russian aggression, Reuters reports.
