Separate to the aforementioned US declaration before the UN Security Council, the UN General Assembly – where the US does not have a veto – has just passed a resolution condemning Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the FT reports. 

The US, Russia and 16 other countries voted against, while 93 voted in favour. China and 64 others abstained.
